WHS Outings

We arrange two visits during the year to houses and gardens of particular interest. These are very popular with members and as the venue is often out of our area transport is by coach.

Places we visited in 2009 were Parham Hall in April and Sandringham for the annual Flower Show in July. In 2010 we will visit RHS Hyde Hall and the Exotic Garden, Norwich and Reads Nursery at Loddon.  These visits to gardens, some of which are not normally open to the public, quite often include an introduction by the head gardener.
